Your personal data shall be processed in order for the Law Firm to perform tasks related to the profession of attorney-at-law.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "General Data Protection Regulation") ("GDPR"), i.e. your data is processed because it is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interest pursued by the controller.

The legitimate interest pursued by the Law Firm as controller is that the Law Firm needs to process personal data for the purposes of the Law Firm's due performance of its tasks related to the profession of attorney-at-law.

The categories of relevant personal data subject to processing are contact data and identification data.

The source of the data is you, in the case of making the data available to the Law Firm, persons contacting the Law Firm in connection with the tasks performed, as well as publicly available sources.

Recipients of the data (by which is meant entities to which the data may be disclosed) may be entities of the following categories: employees or associates of the Law Firm and entities providing services to the Law Firm, including IT (hosting) services, and public authorities only to the extent necessary, related to the performance of the Law Firm's tasks.

Personal data will be stored for periods necessary for the Law Firm to carry out its tasks related to the profession of attorney-at-law, taking into account the applicable regulations in this regard, but no longer than until you raise an objection to the processing of the data, resulting in the need to cease processing.

You have the right to demand from the Law Firm as controller access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing.

You have the right to access your data and the right to restrict processing in accordance with applicable regulations to the extent that it does not violate the attorney-at-law's obligation of professional secrecy.

The right to object to processing does not apply to personal data obtained by an attorney-at-law in connection with the provision of legal assistance.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Provision of your personal data is not a statutory or contractual requirement, nor is it a condition of entering into an agreement, nor are you obliged to provide it, but failure to provide your data may prevent the Law Firm from performing a task relating to you in connection with profession of attorney-at-law.
