- We draft and review purchase agreements pertaining to real estates, various types of lease agreements (najem, dzierżawa), usufruct agreements, agreements relating to development, management and commercial usage of real properties, as well as agreements applied in construction process and development processes,
- We represent our Clients in proceedings relating to obtaining any administrative decisions concerning construction investments and development of real properties, e.g. in the scope of spatial development, construction law and acquiring real property by foreigners,
- We represent our Clients before municipal authorities competent in matters of spatial development, construction supervision authorities and authorities of architectural and construction administration, regional administrative courts and Supreme Administrative Court,
- We handle matters concerning recovery of real estates that were lost due to e.g. nationalisation, real estates reserved for public roads, as well as real estates lost on the basis of so called Warsaw decree on land expropriation,
- We assess the possibilities for real property development in the scope of legal provisions concerning spatial development and construction law,
- We ascertain and put in order the legal status of real properties for the purpose of execution of transations; we identify and solve issues involved in execution of transactions,
- We suggest methods of tax optimisation in the scope of real property tax;
- We advise our Clients on creation of SPVs for the purpose of real property investments, including creation of limited joint-stock partnerships for tax optimisation.
