Litigation, Arbitration, Mediation
- We represent our Clients on any level of litigation matters before courts and out-of-court disputes,
- We represent the interests of our Clients in arbitration matters before Polish and foreign arbitration courts (e.g. in international commercial arbitration in matters relating to international sale of goods),
- We represent our Clients in mediation matters conducted on the basis of the contractual mediation clauses or separate agreements,
- We advise our Clients on alternative means of dispute resolution and successfully apply them in practice.

Corporate matters
- We advise on and participate in the process of creating, liquidating, mergers, divisions and transformations of commercial partnerships and companies,
- We prepare draft articles of association, statutes and other documents regulating functioning of businesses, tailored to the Clients’ needs, including non-standard solutions (such as e.g. preference share certificates, non-voting share certificates, personal rights, various restrictions on transferability of shares or share certificates, such as rights of pre-emption, exit options etc.); we specialise in creating limited joint-stock partnerships for tax optimisation purposes,
- We represent businesses in proceedings before registration courts, administrative bodies maintaining register of entrepreneurs, tax authorities and statistical offices in matters relating to creations and transformations of businesses entered in the companies register and natural persons entered in the register of entrepreneurs,
- We provide overall support and prepare documentation necessary for fulfillment of statutory obligations concerning notifications and updating of the data that is made available in the National Court Register,
- We provide day-to-day corporate support for businesses, including entities with participation of foreign capital,
- We provide support for the company’s authorities, including conducting shareholders’ meeting and general meetings (also general meetings of listed companies),
- We advise our Clients in the area of optimal application of the Commercial Companies Code and other legal provisions regulating business activity,
- We prepare and negotiate draft agreements, settlements, letters of intent, general terms and conditions of agreements, including agreements not explicitly provided for in the Civil Code and agreements pertaining to certain areas of law, tailored to the Client’s needs,
- We advise on and give legal opinions relating to various agreements to protect the interests of the Client,
- We oversee the appropriateness of execution of the concluded agreements,
- We provide legal support for entities other than commercial partnerships and companies that are subject to the entry in the National Court Register, including foundations and associations,
- We conduct court and out-of-court activities in order to enforcement of receivables of businesses,
- We represent our Clients on any level of the court proceedings in matters concerning contractual obligations and other matters relating to conducting business activity (e.g. damages caused by unlawful acts and other similar matters, return of undue performance etc.),
- We represent businesses in matters relating to their activity before administrative authorities and courts,
- We solve legal issues pertaining to and represent businesses in liquidation proceedings.

Banking and finance
- We advise on and solve legal issues concerning functioning of banks and other financial institutions,
- We provide legal support in the area of creations of banks, including the proceedings regarding issuance of permit for creation of a bank by the Financial Supervision Commission and other permits involved in the process; we advise on registration proceedings involved in creating a bank,
- We provide legal support in proceedings concerning supervisory measures of the Financial Supervision Commission undertaken in relation to banks,
- We draft general terms and conditions of agreements, template agreements and regulations, with due regard to special circumstances arising under the banking law,
- We prepare legal opinions relating to documentation applied in banking practice, granting loans, including assessment of creditworthiness and rules of concentration of engagement,
- We advise on day-to-day operations of banks and other financial institutions,
- We represent our Clients during land and mortgage register proceedings and proceedings regarding entry in the register of pledges, in particular with regard to creating securities for banks,
- We represent out Clients in court proceedings and enforcement proceedings with due regard to the specific circumstances pertaining to bank receivables.
